NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to receive and consider comments on the following items: 1. Proposed amendments to the City's Sign Code having to do with existing and political signs. 2. Proposed amendment to the timeline for exception requests in the Form Based Code 3. Proposed amendment to the corner lot setbacks in residential zones The public hearings will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, August 11, 2022. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment. For more information, or a copy of the proposed code amendments, please contact Leesa Kapetanov at 801-622-2709 during regular office hours.
