Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on August 9, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following items: - Harmony Phase A, Plat 14 Site Plan. The project contains 38 single-family lots located between Bell Buoy Way and Rachel Way, and Browning Street and Annabell Street, Utah County Parcel Number 59:045:0143; - An amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code to enact Chapter 13.12 Small Cell Communication Facilities. The new chapter establishes permitting processes and procedures to ensure the City is prepared for the deployment of small cell wireless facilities before the technology arrives in the City; and - An amendment to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code to enact Chapter 17.61 Water Efficiency Standards. The new Chapter implements water efficiency standards applicable to new builds and properties undergoing landscape conversions. The standards require water efficient indoor plumbing fixtures and various water efficient outdoor landscaping systems and design restrictions. Additionally, the chapter restricts the installation of turf grass to functional use only. Other sections of the code impacted by this amendment include EMMC 17.60.070 Planting Standards, 17.60.080 Design Applications, 17.60.090 Required Landscaping, 17.35.050 Generally Applicable Provisions, and 17.37.050 Generally Applicable Provisions. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
