Millard County Commission Report c. City Council discussion regarding financial and budget plan regarding flood mitigation costs to Fillmore City and procurement policy OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve an agreement with Terri Hoover to lease a Fillmore City owned billboard b. Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 22-14 to amend the Fillmore City Purchasing Policy to allow as an exception to the formal purchasing policy, emergency purchases.
