- HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022, 6:00 pm Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Dr., Providence Ut Comments: The Historic Preservation Commission accepts comments: in-person, by email, and by text. In-person: Providence City Office Building, 164 N Gateway Drive, Providence UT Email: providencecityutah@gmail.com Text: 435-752-9441 Call to Order: Howard Christenson Chair Roll Call of Commission Members: Pledge of Allegiance: Approval of Minutes: The Historic Preservation Commission will consider approval of the minutes for June 1st, 2022. Item No. 1: The Historic Preservation Commission will discuss city history information to update the ClearGov Budget Book page on the City's website. Item No. 2: The Historic Preservation Commission will discuss and finalize their plans for their involvement in the upcoming city celebration. Item No. 3: The Historic Preservation Commission will discuss the current status and process of obtaining and preparing a space for the Ev Thorpe painting from the Astle family. Item No 4: The Historic Preservation Commission will discuss the placement of a 9th historic marker. Agenda posted by Ty Cameron on 1st day of August 2022.
