Uintah City Uintah City, UT Bybee Tank Replacement Project DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Bybee Tank Replacement Project will be received by Uintah City, at the City Office, 2191 E. 6550 S. Uintah, UT, until 1:00 pm local time on August 18, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the removal of an existing 250,000 gallon concrete tank and the construction of two 375,000 gallon concrete tanks. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. The contact person is Matt Hartvigsen, matth@jonescivil.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online by registering with the Issuing Office at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on August 11, 2022 at the Uintah City Offices, 2191 East 6550 South, Uintah, UT 84405. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
