This section requires that a side yard setback adjacent to a street in the RE zone be 20 feet. The applicant is seeking a variance of 9.8 feet in order to build a two-car garage. The remaining distance to the right-of-way will be 10.2 feet. The property is located at 3755 South 5450 West and is zoned RE (Residential Estate).
