- Midvale City Council Notice of Public Hearing August 9, 2022 7:00 p.m. The Midvale City Council will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Midvale City requests amendments to Title 17 of the Midvale City Municipal Code to address licensure of Child Care Centers and Child Care Facilities within the City (TXT-22 - 04; Adam Olsen)
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.
- Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
- Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
