JOSEPH TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING June 28, 2022 PRESENT: Commission members: Vic Middleton, Doug Nowell, Brent Parker, Ed Payette, Peggy Smith GUESTS: Mike Jorgensen The meeting was held at the Joseph Community Center and called to order by Ed Payette at 7:05 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion: Brent motion to accept the minutes of May 31, 2022. Motion seconded by Ed and passed unanimously. Motion: Peggy motioned to accept the minutes of the June 13, 2022 (work meeting). Motion seconded by Ed and passed unanimously. AGENDA ITEMS: Mike Jorgensen - Pole building application at 83 N 100 W, 50x75x16, three-side enclosed. Motion: Vic motioned to accept the application. Motion seconded by Ed and passed unanimously. Referred Mr. Jorgensen to the Town Council meeting on July 7, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the JCC. DISCUSSION ITEMS: Annexation ordinance: read and make suggestions at next meeting. Water issues should be added to the general plan.
