PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Public Hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4th, 2022 at the Hanksville Community Center. Adopt 2011 Wayne County Zoning Ordinance - A Land Use Ordinance The ordinance can be viewed at Waynecountyutah.org PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the adoption of 2011 Wayne County Zoning Ordinance - A Land Use Ordinance Public Comment will be limited to 2 minute/person Public Hearings are an opportunity to receive input from the general public not to debate with the council on the proposed ordinance. Please be respectful of all comments. NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council Will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on 4th Day of August, 2022 At the Hanksville Community Center, in conjunction with the public hearing. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Prayer 3. Roll Call 4. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting 5. Public comments on adoption of 2011 Wayne County Zoning Ordinance 6. Report of officers and staff 7. New business: Adoption of 2011 Wayne County Zoning Ordinance 8. Public Comment: 9.
