- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA Tooele County Planning Commission The Tooele County Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on August 3, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers (3rd Floor) at the Tooele County Building, 47 South Main Street, Tooele Utah. Please use the link below for to access the online meeting, where the public can choose to attend, and comments can be made during the public hearings listed below. TCLUO 2022-095 (continued from July 20, 2022) - Planning Commission is requesting a Land Use update to Table 15-5-3.3(c) and (d) Dwellings, living quarters and long or short-term residences. 2nd hearing. Unincorporated: Tooele County Planner: Trish DuClos 5. Open Public Hearing (TCLUO 2022-095) 6. Close Public Hearing (TCLUO 2022-095) 7. TCLUO 2022-138 - Planning Staff is requesting a recommendation of approval for a proposed ordinance amendment to Section 17-2-3(4)(a) regarding Solar Energy Systems. Unincorporated: Tooele County. Planner: Jeff Miller 8. Open Public Hearing (TCLUO 2022-138) 9. Close Public Hearing (TCLUO 2022-138) 10. TCLUO 2022-023 - Planning Staff is requesting a recommendation of approval for Chapter 36 of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance regarding Water-Efficient Landscaping. Unincorporated: Tooele County. Planner: Jeff Miller 11. No Public Hearing for TCLUO 2022-023 (Hearing was held on July 6, 2022). 12. Adjournment.
