The West Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at 7:30 pm, or as soon as agenda permits, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request to reduce from 7.5 feet to 3 feet, a 40-foot section of the public utility and drainage easement on the west side of Lot 5 of the Alice Acres Subdivision (1056 W 400 North).
All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments or questions may be submitted to Recorder@wbcity.org prior to the meeting.
