- IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting Thursday, August 4, 2022 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve a concurrent land use and zoning amendment located at approximately 1500 East Black Desert Drive at the southwest corner of Black Desert Resort that abuts the SITLA parcel. The property consists of approximately 8.444 acres. Applicant/Owner: Enlaw, LLC-Owner. Stephenie Nast-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 1500 East Black Desert Drive at the southwest corner of Black Desert Resort that abuts the SITLA parcel Contact: Mike Haycock, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, may submit their views electronically via email to City Recorder Kari Jimenez at kjimenez@ivins.com or in writing to the City Council prior to the meeting.
