- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Conditional Use Application Review - Swim Kids: Regarding a home business located at 738 W 2525 S that may receive greater than two customers per hour and occupy more than 30% of the area of the first floor of the residence. Conditional Use Application - Colorful Creations: Regarding a preschool located at 1246 S 4350 W. Applicant is requesting 6 sessions per week, with up to 12 students per session. Site Plan - Choice Foodservice Equipment Building: Lot 2 Ninigret North 1 located at 322 S 1000 W, containing 1.274 acres in the Industrial (ID) Zone. Land Sale - Walnut Grove Detention Basin: Potential sale of .23 acres of city owned property located approximately at 950 W 2920 S. Text Amendment - General Plan: Amendment to the Housing section on the subject of moderate income housing plan provisions.
