July 22, 2022 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Planner 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding a public hearing before the Planning Commission for a conditional use permit application submitted by X Development. The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit for two drive-thru aisles located between the front fa ades of two buildings and the street. The property is located at 661 E 450 N Vineyard, UT 84059 and is zoned within the RMU district. Parcel ID: 56:037:0003. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for August 3, 2022, 2022, at 6 PM and will be held at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting.
