The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct a public hearing; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Tyler Jorgensen for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Tyler Jorgensen Construction LLC' construction business out of the property located at approximately 270 South 200 West. Tax Id. #10-027-0008. 7. Continue the Mark Baldwin discussion and make recommendation to Wellsville City Council to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS-1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) to RSF (Residential Single Family) at property located at approximately 15 South 450 East. (Tax Id. #10-014-0052). 8. Brad Parkinson will present for possible approval the concept for the Cooper Subdivision consisting of 5 lots total, located at 600 South 200 West. Tax Id. #10-037-0010 9. Avenue Consultant & UDOT Representative to discuss suggested US 89/91 Highway 23 Intersection Study. Located at the intersection of US 89/91 & Highway 101 or Wellsville Center Street. 10. Other zoning matters
