Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on August 2, 2022 to receive public comment on a request by Tom Hulbert, for an Easement Modification, known as the Pheasant Hills Plat 4 Lot 405 Open Space Easement Reduction, located at approximately 2019 East Graystone Ct., for the purpose of reducing the width of an open space easement. If the reduction is approved by the Council, the applicant will have to obtain a separate Plat Amendment approval from the Planning Commission.
