- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NORTH OGDEN CITY The North Ogden City Planning Commission has a scheduled public hearing meeting on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 6:00pm. The public hearings are for consideration and action on the following legislative application: ZTA 2022-08 Trailer Parking Standards - Definitions: Develop consistent definitions for Recreational Vehicle and Utility Trailer between Title 11 and Title 7 - 11-9M-21: Storage of Recreational Vehicles and Trailers o Differentiate between trailers that are attached versus unattached to registered vehicles o Consider time limits for parking on public rights of way for various trailer types - 11-11-8 Construction Trailers and Mobile Homes - 11-14-3: Development Standards of all Home Occupations This Zoning Text Amendment is being considered to align parking requirements within various sections of North Ogden Municipal Code. The standards will be reviewed and recommendations will be made to align Title 7 and Title 11 Code sections. In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-737-9830 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
