NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday August 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to consider amendments/additional text to the Zoning Ordinance as follows: 1. An amendment to Chapter 11-10, Agricultural Zones, to clarify which Commercial Recreation uses are permitted and to increase the amount of allowed lot coverage after review of a special exception by the Planning Commission. (ZT-3-22) 2. An amendment to Chapter 11-28-040, Open Sky, to establish criteria by which an attached covered porch or patio may encroach into a rear yard. (ZT-7-22) The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 21st day of July 2022.
