- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JULY 21, 2022 3:00 PM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Tim Parker seeking site plan amendment approval for Frontier Storage located at 2260 South State in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. 2. Regents Park Brixton, LLC seeking site plan amendment approval for the addition of a storage yard for the Regent's Park Condominiums at 317 N 2000 W, in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 3. Trevor Sharp seeking site plan approval for the Sharp Springville Business Park located at 1075 N Main in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 4. Nebo School District seeking approval for a temporary sports field to be located behind the Springville Junior High Seminary building at 246 S 1470 E in the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone.
