Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE PAYSON CITY The PAYSON CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The PAYSON CITY tax on a $406,000 residence would increase from $207.45 to $266.40, which is $58.95 per year. - The PAYSON CITY tax on a $406,000 business would increase from $377.17 to $484.36, which is $107.19 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, PAYSON CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 28.44% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. Date/Time: Location: PUBLIC HEARING 8/3/2022 6:00 P.M.
