FULL SPECTRUM, INC Engineering wrote and said they would do a 3 tier process that would include putting in a system that we could put a tower up at the wells to help monitor it from town. Sunrise Engineering suggested we look for another water source, down to our west or to our north. They both came in under our allotted amount, $30,000. The council discussed both plans and decided to go with FULL SPECTRUM and their 3 tier project. John made the Motion to go with the plan from FULL SPECTRUM. Kelly Sue seconded the Motion. The Motion passed. (both bids will be attached) Also we talked about the pumps and what was going on up there after the lightning strike. The person we hired charged the Town $2300.00 to fix the pump for now, but he needs to still do more to get it working right. He would charge around another $5,000 to finish his work up there.
