Description/Agenda: NOTICE Hyde Park City Public Hearings 113 E Center St Wednesday, August 3, 2022 7:00 PM The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider these Legislative items (HPC Code): 1. (12.20 & 12.240) GROUP DWELLINGS - Clarify the definition and scope. Residential facilities for persons with disabilities are regulated separately. 2. (13.30.025) SUBDIVISION OPTIONS - Clarify and add detail to various subdivision options: Standard, Bonus Density and Trails Density. 3. (12.150) SECONDARY WATER AMENDMENTS - Require secondary water systems to connect (now or later) to neighboring subdivisions. 4. (12.250 & 12.260) PUDs - Consider changes to site development standards (setbacks, open space). All interested citizens are encouraged to attend. Call 435.563.6507 x.16 for more information.
