- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREA'SE PLEASANT GROVE CITY PLEASANT GROVE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The PLEASANT GROVE CITY tax on a $552,000 residence would increase from $266.56 to $319.69, which is $53.13 per year. - The PLEASANT GROVE CITY tax on a $552,000 business would increase from $484.66 to $581.26, which is $96.60 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, PLEASANT GROVE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 19.92°/o above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
