- AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE I, Lee Ann Peterson, the duly appointed Chief Deputy City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its July 12, 2022 meeting adopted the following: ORDINANCE 2022-36 - An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Subsection 4-6-1.A to revise fees relating to Planning and Zoning; and by providing that this ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2022. ORDINANCE 2022-37 - An ordinance of Ogden City, Utah, amending the Ogden Municipal Code by amending Section 2-2-3 to revise the salary for the Mayor; amending Section 2-3-6 to revise the salary for City Council members; and by providing that this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting after final passage. Copies of ordinances are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210, Ogden, Utah during regular business hours. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned duly appointed Chief Deputy City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted on this 19th day of July 2022 on the Utah Public Notice Website.
