Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE NORTH OGDEN CITY The NORTH OGDEN CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The NORTH OGDEN CITY tax on a $524,000 residence would increase from $262.55 to $371.49, which is $108.94 per year. - The NORTH OGDEN CITY tax on a $524,000 business would increase from $477.36 to $675.44, which is $198.08 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, NORTH OGDEN CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 41.55% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
