NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on August 2, 2022 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is proposing to amend the following sections of the Development Code: o Chapter 10 Definitions to amend the definition of a Main Dwelling and what constitutes attached to or part of a Main Dwelling as compared to accessory structures. o Several sections of the Development Code to remove the requirement for newspaper noticing for certain application noticing requirements.
