3:00 P.M. Opening
1. William McCarvill will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council.
2. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the Stakeholder Council DRAFT
Minutes of Wednesday, May 18th, 2022 (accessible here and attached).
3. William McCarvill will introduce new Stakeholders Council members and ask for a
one-minute introduction from each.
3:10 P.M. New Central Wasatch Commission Staff Structure
1. Staff will provide an update on the new staffing structure and present an updated staff
roles and responsibilities chart (accessible here and attached).
2. Staff will introduce new CWC Community Engagement Intern, Madeline Pettit.
3:20 P.M. Central Wasatch Commission Strategic Plan
1. Staff will present the CWC Strategic Plan for Stakeholders to review and discuss
(accessible here and attached).
3:30 P.M. Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest Service Fee Proposal Information
1. The proposed fee structure for specific access points in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache
National Forest will be presented for Stakeholder discussion.

3:50 P.M. Environmental Dashboard Fundraising and Outreach Plan Discussion
1. Staff will present a fundraising and outreach plan for the Environmental Dashboard for
Stakeholders to review and discuss (attached).
a. Is there Stakeholder interest in creating a committee focused on Environmental
Dashboard outreach and education?
4:05 P.M. Committee Updates
1. Leadership from the Millcreek Canyon, Trails, and Preservation Committees will provide
updates to the Stakeholders Council.
4:15 P.M. CWC Big Cottonwood Canyon Mobility Action Plan Update
1. Staff will provide an update to Stakeholders on the Big Cottonwood Canyon Mobility
Action Plan and timeline.
4:25 P.M. Open Comments
4:30 P.M. Adjourn Meeting
1. William McCarvill will adjourn the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council.

hybrid meeting at approximately 3:00 P.M., or soon thereafter, on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
This meeting will occur both in-person and virtually via ZOOM. The anchor location is the
Wasatch Front Regional Council offices. For those wishing to attend the meeting virtually, the
public may register for the meeting through the following link. Once registered, meeting
attendees will receive an email with a personal meeting access link and a call-in number for
those whose only option is to call in.

Please note: For in-person meeting attendees, masks are no longer required at the Wasatch Front
Regional Council offices but are welcome for any attendees who prefer to continue using them.
We will continue to monitor the situation and take any reasonable precautions for the public and
