- The Town Council will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code, Chapter 9 (Subdivisions), and chapter 7 (Zone District Regulations). during their regularly scheduled meeting on July 26, 2022. The proposed regulations will contain long term solutions for water and sewer availability for incoming subdivisions and multi family complexes. A draft of the proposed amendments will be available for public inspection after July 12th at the Brian Head town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00am to 4:00 pm by calling 435-677-2029 or email nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than Monday, July 25, 2022 by 4:30 pm..
