- NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Local Building Authority of Pleasant Grove City (LBA) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, immediate following the City Council meeting. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. Note: One or members of the Board will be participating electronically. AGENDA 1. Convene as the Local Building Authority of Pleasant Grove City. 2. Election of Board Members. 3. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2022-01LBA) of the Local Building Authority of Pleasant Grove City to approve Bylaws and Ratifying the Articles of Incorporation for the Authority. Presenter: Administrator Darrington 4. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2022-02LBA) of the Local Building Authority of the City of Pleasant Grove, Utah, authorizing the Issuance and Sale of not more than $35,000,000 Aggregate Principal amount of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2022 and related matters; and providing an effective date. Presenter: Administrator Darrington 5. Adjourn and reconvene as the Pleasant Grove City Council.
