- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, 19 July 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State Street The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held on 21 June 2022 4. Petitions & Communications: - Carol Eastman - Subdivision Plat revision - Jackman/Lamb Subdivision 5. Business: - Water Production Monitoring Project report - SF1 Zone Modification and Implementation - Master Road Plan Map Implementation - Schedule public meetings for Land Use Ordinance changes ***If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee please contact Lee Fox at 436-9634. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the third Tuesday of each month.
