EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 26, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following item: - A proposal to amend the Master Development Plan and Master Development Agreement and related preliminary plat all associated with the 'Eagle Heights Village' development in order to allow, in lieu of 138 duplexes, 98 single family detached dwelling units and 40 twin home dwelling units instead -- which is a reduction of 10 units from the project's existing, approved master plan. Eagle Heights Village is slated to be developed on 51.38 acres of land, zoned as per the approved master plan and all within a part of Section 18, T6S, R1W, Salt Lake Basin & Meridian on Utah County parcel(s) as marked below: Materials for public hearing items may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the City website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
