- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Introduction of Miss Payson Royalty 2. Public Forum 3. Staff and Council Reports D. ACTION ITEMS 1. Resolution - Appointment of new Planning Commission Members and Oath of Office 2. Mount Loafer Flats Subdivision zone change from I-1, Light Industrial Zone to the R-1-7.5, Residential Zone located at approximately 1100 East and 100 North 3. Request for use of the RMO-1 Two-Family Residential Overlay to support a Planned Residential Community known as the Mount Loafer Flats Subdivision located at approximately 1100 East and 100 North 4.
