NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE NIBLEY CITY
The NIBLEY CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The NIBLEY CITY tax on a $482,000 residence would increase from $345.16 to $393.67, which is $48.51 per year.
- The NIBLEY CITY tax on a $482,000 business would increase from $627.56 to $715.77, which is $88.21 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, NIBLEY CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 14.07%above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
