Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE WELLSVILLE WELLSVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The WELLSVILLE CITY tax on a $549,000 residence would increase from $195.97 to $286.55, which is $90.58 per year. - The WELLSVILLE CITY tax on a $549,000 business would increase from $356.30 to $521.00, which is $164.70 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, WELLSVILLE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 46.26% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
