Notice is hereby given that the Eureka Recreation Committee will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. ROLL CALL.
2. DISCUSSION ITEMS:
a. Update on previously discussed Action Items:
- Movie.
- T-Shirts.
- Flyer.
- Pins.
- Vendors.
- Parade.
- Banners/Donations.
- Talent Show/Pie Cook-off.
- Horseshoe & Cornhole Tournament.
- Car Show.
b. Transportation for Grand Marshals.
c. Kids' Entertainment.
d. Ice Cream Social:
- Decision on what food to serve.
- Ice Cream.
- Entertainment - follow up/flyer.
- Discussion concerning possibility of having fireworks.
e. Create Action Item List for all Members and their duties.
