- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 12, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-27: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7-1-103 AND 7-7-124 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING SHOPPING CENTERS.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
