A. CALL TO ORDER B. SWEARING IN OF COUNCIL MEMBER MARTIN TIDWELL C. PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE D. DISCLOSURES E. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: January 11, 2022 Town Council Meeting February 1, 2022 Town Council Special Meeting F. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. G. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. NIGHTLY RENTAL CODE REQUEST/DISCUSSION. Larry Edgerton, Town Resident. Mr. Edgerton is requesting the Council consider a buffer zone for nightly rentals operating in single-family residential zones. The Council will hold a discussion on this topic. 2. WOODBRIDGE SUBDIVISION WALKWAY EASEMENTS. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will give direction on the Town's walkway easements located in the Woodbridge Subdivision for either retaining the property or whether to surplus the property. 3. TOWN PLAYGROUND REDESIGN AND RELOCATION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will discuss a relocation and redesign for the Bristlecone Park playground equipment. 4. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. H. CLOSED SESSION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL. A strategy session to discuss the sale, lease or purchase of real property including water rights.
