Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday July 13, 2022 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public Hearing- Revising Portage Town Ordinance section 110 Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1- Action Item-Review and approve minutes of June 8, 2022 Council meeting. 2.-Action Item-Review & approval of June 8- July 13, 2022 Bills/Payroll 3- Action Item-Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Discuss and vote- Revising Portage Town Ordinance section 110 5-Discuss and vote- Closing unattended access to Burn Pile. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 6-Discuss and vote-Current water situation and potentially plan moving forward.
