- ¬INVITATION TO BID The West Haven City will be accepting sealed bids for the 2022 Road Maintenance Project. Bids shall be submitted at the City office, 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven City, UT 84401 until 1:00 PM, July 27th, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened online at 1:30 PM. The project consists of: Placement of Chip Seal and tab striping. Electronic Bid documents may be obtained from Gardner Engineering (801-476-0202 or Email Logan Zollinger at logan@gecivil.com) on or after July 13th , 2021 at 2:00 PM. Advertisement: July 16rd and July 23th.
