Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a P&Z Meeting on the 7th day of June 2022 at the Lewiston City Council Room at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda Pre-meeting training workshop: 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Room 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks - Review minutes of the June 7, 2022, meeting 2. Business - Brent Glover - Jeremy Broadhurst 3. City Business - Councilman Morrison Report - Municipal Codes - Discussion and Proposed Updates o Cluster subdivision changes - no platting requirements o Special Commercial Zone for Main Street area - allowing multi-family 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Planning and Zoning Administrator at least three days prior to the meeting.
