Description/Agenda: SALINA CITY PLANNING & ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing July 21,2011 at 6:45 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 90 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on Ordinance 101-2011 adding Section 17.28.060 Small Animal Regulations to Chapter 17.28 Single-Family Residential Zone R-1 and Section 17.32.060 Small Animal Regulations to Chapter 17.32 Two-Family Residential Zone R-2. Also accepting Ordinance 102-2011 adding Section 17.28.070 Large Animal Regulations to Chapter 17.28 Single-Family Residential Zone R-1. The purpose of the ordinance is to allow agricultural animals into Single-Family Residential Zone R-1 and Two-Family Residential Zone R-2 areas of Salina City with restrictions.
