The West Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 7:30 pm, or as soon as agenda permits, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a request by Austin and Amy Lindsey to consolidate two properties which are currently designated as Lot 211 Moss Farm Estates Plat B and Eggett Acres Lot 4. The existing public utility easement that runs east and west through the center of the properties will be vacated and a new easement will be dedicated along the new rear property line.
All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments or questions may be submitted to Recorder@wbcity.org prior to the meeting.
