Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Preliminary Plat - Request by Woodside Homes for a preliminary Plat Amendment/Development Agreement pertaining to the Parkview at Shoreline subdivision phases 3 and 4, containing 34.756 acres located at approx. 3590 S 2400 W in the R-3 zone.
