AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING SYNOPSIS OF OGDEN CITY ORDINANCE I, Tracy Hansen, the duly appointed City Recorder, in and for the City of Ogden, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify the Ogden City Council at its July 5, 2022, meeting adopted the following: ORDINANCE NO. 2022-34: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE OGDEN MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 15-2-13 TO AMEND DEFINITIONS FOR LANDSCAPE OR LANDSCAPING; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-2-14 TO ADOPT A NEW DEFINITION FOR MULCH; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-2-21 TO ADOPT A NEW DEFINITION FOR TURF GRASS; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-2-24 TO ADOPT A NEW DEFINITION FOR WATER-WISE LANDSCAPE; BY AMENDING SUBSECTIONS 15-4-5.B AND 15-4-5.E TO AMEND DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW PROCESSES; BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 15-8-5.D TO REVISE PRUD REQUIREMENTS; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-8-8 REVISING BONUS DENSITY DESIGN REQUIREMENTS; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-10-4 TO REVISE GROUP DWELLING PROVISIONS; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-10-6 TO REVISE PROVISIONS FOR DENSITY INCREASE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD GROUP DWELLINGS; BY AMENDING SUBSECTIONS 15-12-9.B AND 15-12-9.C TO REVISE PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-13-16 TO AMEND LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS; BY AMENDING SECTION 15-22-2 TO REVISE LANDSCAPING SETBACKS AND COVERAGES; BY ADOPTING A NEW CHAPTER 28 TO TITLE 15 TO ADOPT WATER-WISE LANDSCAPING SPECIAL REGULATIONS; BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 15-38.2.B TO REVISE LANDSCAPING SETBACKS AND COVERAGE IN COMMERCIAL ZONES; AND BY PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE. ORDINANCE NO. 2022-35: AN ORDINANCE OF OGDEN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE OGDEN MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 15-12-3.A TO REVISE PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR DEDICATED LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOUSING; AND BY PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING AFTER FINAL PASSAGE. Copies of all ordinances in their entirety are available for review in the Ogden City Recorder's Office located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard #210 during regular business hours.
