INVITATION TO BID
CITY OF COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS

Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the CITY-WIDE CHIP SEAL PROJECT - PROJECT # 002.22 - according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER, and described in general as:
The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the below described project, located in Cottonwood Heights.
Work includes mobilization, traffic control, and maintenance of traffic; placing of tack coat material, furnishing, placing, and compacting asphalt leveling course over ruts, distortions, depressions and other irregularities to restore proper grade and cross section to the existing pavement; furnishing placing and compacting bituminous seal coat on existing pavement; furnishing and applying traffic paint striping; furnishing and placing temporary pavement markings; and all related appurtenant work.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined beginning on July 12th, 2022, at 11:00 AM at the City Offices, 2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights; request for a copy of CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov
Separate sealed bids will be received by the OWNER in their office located at 2277 East Bengal Boulevard, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121 until 2:00 p.m. on July 26th, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be addressed and delivered to Cottonwood Heights Recorder, prior to the Bid Opening.
Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
All questions relative to the project shall be submitted via email to Adam Ginsberg at aginsberg@ch.utah.gov
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Councilmember will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
