July 8, 2022 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Planner 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council for the Vineyard City initiated waterfront masterplan. This plan specifies the city's use in the 3.4 miles of waterfront adjacent to the city. Those uses include but are not limited to public open space, recreation, transportation options, economic development, and increased access to Utah Lake. Additionally, this plan provides a list of future projects for the city for implementation. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for July 20, 2022, and City Council hearing is scheduled for July 27, 2022, both at 6 PM and will be held at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. /s/ Cache Hancey, Planner
