BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 22-12, 22-13, AND 22-14 Notice is hereby given that on July 7, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 22-12, 22-13, and 22-14. Ordinance 22-12 vacates the 20-foot-wide public utility easement located between the two existing Bear River Health Department buildings at 817 West Parker Lane. Ordinance 22-13 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 3.03.050 and 3.03.060 prohibiting the use of bounce houses and other inflatables in City parks. Ordinance 22-14 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 17.03.200 to prohibit the use of bounce houses and other inflatables in City parks. The Ordinances shall take effect on July 8, 2022. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
