- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Hyde Park City The Hyde Park City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The Hyde Park City tax on a $568,000 residence would increase from $273.97 to $343.64, which is $69.67 per year. - The Hyde Park City tax on a $568,000 business would increase from $498.14 to $624.80, which is $126.66 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, Hyde Park City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 25.40% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
