PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 7:00pm at the Milford City Offices located at 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to hear comments and concerns relating to a Plat Amendment to allow a portion of a parcel to be subdivided. The Milford City Planning and Zoning Commission urge residents to attend this meeting. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY & POSTING: The undersigned duly appointed and acting City Zoning Administrator for the municipality of Milford, Utah, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was delivered to each member of the governing body and affected entity and posted at the following locations: Milford City Office, Post Office, Public Library, www.milfordut.com and on the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov, this 7th day of July, 2022. __________________________________ Lisa Thompson, Zoning Administrator In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Milford will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in assessing City programs.
