NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
NORTH LOGAN CITY
The NORTH LOGAN CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The NORTH LOGAN CITY tax on a $590,000 residence would increase from $362.79 to $398.81, which is $36.02 per year.
- The NORTH LOGAN CITY tax on a $590,000 business would increase from $659.62 to $725.11, which is $65.49 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, NORTH LOGAN CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 9.98% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
